Florent Rossigneux to depart Rosslyn Park.
Posted by: Rob Johnston on Thursday, May 12th, 2011Rosslyn Park FC announces with immediate effect that Florent Rossigneux, Head Coach (2008-2011) will be leaving the club by mutual consent. The club will now be looking to find a new head coach for the 2011/12 season and beyond.
Rosslyn Park would like to thank Florent for everything he has done for the club. On his appointment as Head Coach in 2008 he brought with him experience of the professional game as a player and this was an important figure as Rosslyn Park moved into the semi-professional era.
During his time at the club, Rosslyn Park achieved promotion to National 1 and this year have finished a very respectable 7th in their first year in the new league. Florent has been a popular figure around the club with players and supporters alike and has played an integral role along with others in attracting new players to the club.
The management board wishes Florent the best of luck with his coaching career and has no doubt that he will go on and flourish in his next coaching venture.
