Refereeing

The Club has committed to promote a Referee Section.

Referee Section Mission Statement

The Club works with the London Society of Referees (LSRFUR) which makes appointments to the adult games and older youth games.

We also encourage as many coaches/members as possible to qualify as referees and assist with finding a suitable course to obtain the National Entry Level Referee Award (NELRA). There are many opportunities for Club referees to gain experience at Mini and Youth level, and, occasionally, at adult level.

Jason Hunter is the club’s Referee Development Coordinator (Jason.Hunter@russell-cooke.co.uk or 07740 723068) and maintains a database of qualified Club refs and those external refs who wish to help out on a volunteer basis.
