Competitive rugby
It’s not just the taking part that counts! A great team spirit, creative rugby and a desire to win make for fun Sunday afternoons on the pitch. We have two sides; our 1st XV compete in Championship 2 South East. We also run a second team which will be playing a number of friendly fixtures in 2010/11.
Attitude to rugby
Young blood and old hands all help to make Park a great place to learn the game and develop as a player. But hard work doesn’t mean that we lose perspective – we play rugby because it’s fun!
In August 2007 the Slingbacks tried an alternative training technique heading down to Cornwall to catch some waves! We did actually make it into the sea…..
